Hi! I am Tania (Nutritionist CNP, NNCP, HBSc). In the past I struggled with what I call 'the hormone rollercoaster" of trouble sleeping, low energy, bloat and poor digestion and more.

Time and time again, I would go from feeling great and then not so and that roller coaster ride, of energy ups and downs, of feeling good and then not. Sometimes not wanting to be social and feeling just stuck. I used to feel puffy and heavy. Something needed to change. Today, I am 51 and I feel great. Energy is great, bye bye bloat, and no more rollercoaster!
